Technical Characteristics
These counterplates are difficult to classify as they are specific for sliding profiles (in particular frames) that have unique characteristics. For the application it is advisable to see Giesse Where Used. They are fixed depending on the version or by self-threading screws, or by pre-assembled grub screws.
Functions
The counterplate, combined with a nib for a recessed handle, creates the fastener of a sliding sash.
